Bad posture can cause circulation problems and headaches and can sometimes worsen and may result in draining your energy. When you have a poor posture your body requires more energy and additional pressure. So, it is another reason that it can be an energy drainer.

Poor diet can be one of the major reasons behind you feeling drained and exhausted. Our behavior depends upon the type of food we consume. So it is very necessary to make sure that you are having healthy nutritious meals whenever hunger strikes instead of consuming junk food all the time.

When I’m at home, I feel skinny.
