Rahul Gandhi Alleges PM Modi’s ‘Secret Process’ in Election Showdown – Flaunt Post

Published

on

As the political temperature rises in India with several states gearing up for crucial elections, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has taken center stage, making striking allegations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ruling BJP government. Gandhi accused PM Modi of using a covert “secret” process to favour particular people as he was launching the Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Nyay Yojana in Chhattisgarh. Gandhi mentioned Adani’s role in the privatisation of Mumbai’s airport as an example.

Rahul Gandhi made two different accusations. First, he asserted that PM Modi was employing covert tactics to help select powerful entities, with the Adani Group’s involvement in the privatisation of the Mumbai airport serving as an example. He compared this to the Congress party’s dedication to decision-making transparency. Second, Gandhi described a heated discussion he had with PM Modi in the Lok Sabha during which he questioned Adani’s involvement. He went on to say that his membership in the Lok Sabha had been terminated as a result of this incident.

Following this, Prime Minister Modi addressed a crowd in Madhya Pradesh and criticised the Congress party, comparing it to “rusted iron.” He issued a warning that a return to Congress government may potentially categorise places like Madhya Pradesh as BIMARU states, which are known for their underdevelopment and slow progress. Moreover, he emphasised the BJP’s achievements during its governance, stating that over 13.5 crore people had been lifted out of poverty in the past five years. He underscored his leadership role, asserting that “Modi hai to Mumkin hai,” signifying that he is the guarantor of promises.

Rahul Gandhi reaffirmed his request for a caste census at the same Chhattisgarh gathering, calling it the “X-ray of Hindustan.” He claimed that such a census would offer crucial information on the demographic make-up of different populations, including Dalits, OBCs, SC/STs, and the general category. Gandhi blasted the administration for avoiding this matter and vowed that a Congress administration would carry out a thorough caste census. He also emphasised that in Congress-ruled states, power lies with the public, not with influential individuals like Adani. He assured that the Congress party’s actions would always be visible and transparent, contrasting them with the alleged secret favouritism he accused the BJP of.

The political climate in India is entering a vital phase as elections are approaching in numerous states, including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Telangana, and Mizoram. The approaching 2023 Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly election will have a huge impact because Congress now maintains a sizable majority in the assembly where Rahul Gandhi made these accusations.

During his rally in Bhopal, PM Modi made jokes at Rahul Gandhi and the Congress. In his opinion, the Congress had become disconnected from the plight of the underprivileged, perceiving their difficulties as a type of “adventure tourism.” He also charged them with utilising their homes as locations for video filming, demonstrating a gap between the party and the general public.

As the election campaigns intensify, allegations and counter-allegations are expected to dominate the political discourse in these states. The battle for power is on, and the electorate will ultimately determine the outcome, with each party making its case for why they are the best choice to lead their respective states.

Published

Sarah Burton has officially redefined Givenchy. In her Fall 2025 debut at Paris Fashion Week, the former Alexander McQueen creative director brought a feminine perspective to the legendary house, embracing strength, vulnerability, and emotional intelligence. This moment felt significant—not only because of Burton’s storied past but also because so few women currently helm major luxury brands.

A Tribute to Givenchy’s Heritage

Burton’s inspiration came from Hubert de Givenchy’s 1952 debut collection, known for its clean, graphic silhouettes. A recent discovery of the maison’s archival calico patterns further fueled her vision, leading to designs that balanced wearable ease with dramatic, couture-like elements.

The show opened with a black fishnet catsuit, a bold reset before transitioning into the essence of Burton’s Givenchy—a collection that honored the past while embracing modern femininity.

Key Looks & Defining Elements

Oversized Suits with Cinched Waists → A powerful balance of structure and fluidity.

Sleeveless Dresses with Ruffled Hemlines → Adding movement and drama to everyday elegance.

Cocoon-Like Coats & Jackets → Featuring rounded, puffed-up shoulders, nodding to Givenchy’s classic volume play.

Body-Diverse Runway Casting → One of the few Paris shows this season to feature a range of body types, reinforcing Burton’s commitment to dressing real women.

A New Vision for Modern Women

Burton’s Givenchy is about more than just clothes—it’s about how women want to feel: powerful, sexy, vulnerable, and strong, all at once. Her debut collection wasn’t just a runway success—it was a statement on the future of fashion, where femininity is both celebrated and redefined.
